  • Patients can now collect their prescription from the surgery as long as they are fit and healthy or alternatively their local pharmacy can collect on their behalf.
  • Patients must order prescriptions online or via our 24 hour prescription telephone line. Please allow extra time when ordering your prescription. 

Register with us as a New Patient

When you attend the Practice to register you will be asked to complete a GP registration form, and new patient questionnaire form, these must be completed before you see the Doctor, so it is advisable to attend at least 10 minutes before your appointment time, so that you can complete the information required.

The receptionist will offer you a new patient appointment. Acceptance on to the list is as at the discretion of the Doctor. We will also ask you for proof of identity.

There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to register with your chosen GP. For example, you may live too far away. If this is the case simply choose another GP in your local area.

We accept patients within the following postcodes;

G1, G2, G3, G4, G11, G12, G20, G21 or G23We cannot accept patients who do not reside within these postcodes.

Your medical records may take several weeks to arrive at the Practice.

Online Registration

You can register online without the need to attend the Practice. Please be aware you are not automatically registered with the Practice when you submit the online form.


Step 1: Complete online registration form

Our online registration form will collect your details, a brief outline of your medical history and record your preferences. This information may be added to your record and will allow us to begin to provide you with medical services.


Step 2: Upload scans of photo identity and proof of address

Please deliver to the practice copies of two forms of your identity.
One form of identity must contain a photo of yourself and the other must provide evidence of your current address. You may upload your forms online.
