Please allow 24 hours notice when requesting your repeat medication, and allow extra time for weekends and public holidays. Non repeat prescription items or messages cannot be made/left via the online patient access facility. If the online system is unavailable then you are advised to order your repeat medication via the voice mail service.
If you have any concerns or issues with your medication please arrange an appointment with your Doctor.
Prescriptions can be uplifted from 8:00am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5:45pm.
Please note, we do not routinely fax prescriptions to pharmacies.
Your local pharmacy is the place to go to get any prescription medicines and clinical advice for minor health concerns.
As well as helping with common illnesses – like sore throats, coughs, colds, tummy troubles and aches and pains – pharmacy teams can also help with stopping smoking, cutting down on alcohol, advice on safe sex and emergency contraception.
Many pharmacies are open until late and at weekends. You don’t need an appointment – you can just walk in.
